Amdocs Open Innovation Opens up a New World of Opportunities!
 As the market leader in customer experience systems innovation, fostering and encouraging innovation is a critical part of our strategy, which is why the Amdocs Open Innovation programs are so important. They enable us to collaborate with promising young startup companies and offer service providers additional innovative products and solutions that support the challenges and demands of the connected world, as well as new and better ways to achieve their business goals.
Amdocs Open Innovation consists of three programs:
- Amdocs Engage! is a customer-facing, global business development program which nurtures and promotes joint business opportunities between Amdocs, start-up companies and leading service providers. Engage! helps introduce emerging technologies that extend and complete the Amdocs’ offering.
- Amdocs Ascend! identifies and harnesses external complementary innovations, by creating joint offerings with Amdocs’ internal solutions. The Ascend! program focuses on creating new joint solutions and eco-systems that are aligned with Amdocs’ strategy and portfolio.
- Amdocs Venture! Is an Amdocs investment program which focuses on identifying, executing and managing strategic investments in early and growth-stage technology companies.
