HARNESSING INNOVATION
Amdocs believes ideas that can improve our world can come from anyone and anywhere. Therefore, we foster innovation through two formally organized and funded programs:
- "Instill" encourages and rewards innovation within Amdocs that can create new high quality solutions for our customers or improve our company performance. Employee innovation competitions are held annually, and submissions are reviewed and voted on by peers. Winning submissions are given funding so the employee who conceived them can develop them further.
- Through Amdocs Open Innovation, we engage with startup companies, connecting them with our customers and with our own development organization to solve the challenges and opportunities in our industry.
